Treatment procedure
During the EMShapeX® treatment, you lie relaxed on a cosmetic couch. A flat applicator is placed on the area to be treated (e.g. stomach). The intensity can be adjusted individually. The EMShapeX® generates an electromagnetic field that penetrates the skin and acts on muscle tissue and abdominal fat. The effect manifests itself as short, strong and fast contractions that efficiently train the muscle for 20 to 30 minutes. For optimum results, we recommend 4-6 treatments per region at short intervals but with at least 48 hours between each treatment. After the treatment, some people may briefly feel as if they have just completed an intensive workout. However, there is no muscle soreness and you are fully socially acceptable again immediately after the treatment. Muscle building usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, fat loss 8 to 10 weeks.
AFTER THE TREATMENT
To achieve the best results, sports should be avoided for 48 hours after the treatment (muscle regeneration).
